I am in the service industry and have to say, I have never been treated so well and taken care of anywhere as I have by the people at Jack Oliver. Initially, you get what you pay for. If you want inexpensive furniture or equipment, you’re going to get what you pay for. I went into their store looking for something that will last. After selecting an outdoor table and chairs, I made the purchase and the price was more than fair. It was the 4th of July and the equipment was delivered to my house the same day. After having this furniture for a while I noticed the paint on the table started to abnormally fade, so I went back to the store to talk to them. They asked me to send some photos so they could go to the manufacturer to fix the issue. They cared about backing the product they sold me and making it right, even though it was almost a year after my initial purchase. They kept I touch with me and let me know what was happening with the manufacturer and to my surprise, they were able to have the manufacturer stand behind their furniture and after making sure I was completely pleased, Jack Oliver’s people had the manufacturer replace the defective furniture.
I can’t express how much I appreciate their understanding and willingness to make sure their service and product was the best and I was happy with my purchase. I know that when I’m ready to add to my backyard or to purchase new furniture or grill, there’s only one place I’ll go.
